AI-IoT Geeks (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides web development, AI development, IT consulting, and related digital services. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) use of our services. By signing a proposal or agreement, or by using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Website Usage
Users agree to use our website responsibly and not engage in any activity that may harm the website, its security, or other users. This includes hacking attempts, malware distribution, or submitting illegal content.
Data Privacy
Any information collected through our website or services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, and protected.
Service Agreements
We provide services including web development, UI/UX design, AI solutions, cloud services, and IT consulting as defined in the signed proposal or agreement. All services are delivered based on the agreed project scope.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide required content, assets, and approvals on time
Ensure all submitted content is lawful and accurate
Respond to communications in a timely manner
Follow agreed payment schedules
Delays in client response or inputs may affect project timelines.
Project Scope and Revisions
Each project is delivered according to the agreed scope. Two major revisions per phase (design and development) are included unless stated otherwise. Any additional revisions or out-of-scope work will be charged separately.
Payments
Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned in writing.
Intellectual Property
After full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client. AI-IoT Geeks reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all shared proprietary or sensitive information. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be signed if required.
Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We deliver services with reasonable skill and care but do not guarantee specific results such as rankings or business performance unless explicitly stated. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. We may suspend or terminate services if there is a breach of these Terms or non-payment.
Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
